What is the AVV and do we need to sign one?

An AVV (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag) is required under GDPR when a processor handles personal data on your behalf. Anameasy acts as your processor and provides a standard AVV template. For a countersigned copy, email us with your clinic name and address.

Can we export our data before cancelling?

Yes. Export all outstanding PDFs from your dashboard at any time before cancellation. After the subscription ends, your dashboard becomes read-only until the end of the billing period.

Encrypted intake records are automatically deleted within the deletion period configured by your clinic, from 24 hours up to a maximum of 30 days from the day the patient submitted the form. PDF files already exported to your clinic remain under your control and are not affected by cancellation.

How do I set up the Vault Guardian?

The Vault Guardian is the designated person who can authorize data password changes. During initial setup, you enroll the guardian by following the onboarding steps in the clinic dashboard. This ensures only trusted staff can reset or change the encryption data password.

How do I recover a forgotten data password?

If the data password is forgotten, the Vault Guardian can initiate a recovery from within the clinic dashboard. If no guardian is available, contact our support team for assistance. Note that for security reasons, Anameasy cannot reset your data password without proper authorization.
