Is there a setup fee?
No. You pay the selected plan price after the trial ends. No onboarding fees, no annual lock-in.
Does the price include VAT?
All prices include VAT where applicable. EU VAT rules apply based on your clinic's country and registration status.
Can we cancel mid-month?
Yes. Cancel anytime through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
Is annual billing available?
Yes. Annual billing is 10 times the monthly price, so you get 12 months for the price of 10. No trial period — your subscription starts immediately.
What happens if we use up our monthly intakes?
You're never cut off mid-month. Once you reach your plan's monthly allowance (100 on Starter, 300 on Clinic, 600 on Clinic Plus), you can top up with extra-intake packs of 10 — €0.40 each on Starter, €0.24 on Clinic, and €0.17 on Clinic Plus. Unused top-up intakes carry over for up to 2 years, and your monthly allowance resets each billing period.
