What this site processes

This website handles marketing content, cookie preferences, and Stripe subscription billing. It does not store patient intake forms, medical records, or clinic clinical data.

Stripe processes payment and billing data as an independent controller/processor under its own terms.

Cookies

We store your language preference in a cookie. Stripe may set cookies when you start checkout or open the billing portal. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction regarding personal data we control. Contact hello@anameasy.com. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Data retention and deletion

We retain billing contact data (email, practice name) for the duration of the subscription and up to 6 years afterward for legal and accounting purposes. Cookie preferences are retained for 12 months. Contact hello@anameasy.com to request earlier deletion.
